Our facilities feature Yasui Seiki's patented MICROGRAVURE™ and Slot Die coating technologies.Our machine technology has been refined by many years of successes with a wide range of high quality coated products in both Laboratory and Production applications. Coating Services in Cleanrooms

Our coating machines are installed inside the cleanrooms, rated at Class 1000 and 3000.

BOPLON®

BOPLON® is the MIRWEC trade name for balanced biaxially oriented polypropylene film with controlled surface roughness. The film is specifically developed and manufactured for the all film design of H.V. power capacitors requiring complete oil impregnation.

Slot Die Patch/Pattern Coating

Our patch coating system has been used for lithium chemistry secondary batteries. Yasui Seiki provides battery coating machines with optional patch coating capability. Registration errors of patches, and backside patches is less than 1 mm, and any errors with the Yasui Seiki system are non-cumulative. Yasui Seiki has enhanced battery electrode profile uniformity and repeatability through improvements in Slot Dies, Slot Die mounting precision, carrier web speed uniformity, and web tension uniformity.
