Toll Manufacturing/Coating

In our Bloomington Indiana facility, we have 5 coating machines. Mini-Labo™, CAD-150, NCR-300, SG-700, and IS-1600 are the line up of our coating machines. Those coating machines are available for toll coating small to medium size orders for special products, such as Digital Press Print Adhesion - Dye coating, Inkjet, two coating machines available for toll coating small to medium size orders for special coatings, such as: Digital Press Print Adhesion - Dye coating, Inkjet, silicone release, films, and many "high tech" coatings, such as: Optical Coatings, -Li-ion Batteries - TFT LCD displays - MLCC green sheets - AR films - Optical Hardcoats - Other Energy Storage and Conversion - We have a minimum of overhead, so we can coat these and more products for you at an economical rates.

Our facilities feature Yasui Seiki's patented Micro Gravure™ and Slot Die coating technologies.
Our machine technology has been refined by many years of successes with a wide range of high quality coated products in both Laboratory and Production applications.

Coating capabilities: Wet thickness 1 to 400+ microns, width 1" to 27" (700 mm), viscosity 1 to 15,000 cPs, and with most any strong or delicate web (i.e. PET down to 2 microns).
